This 3-day course is designed to teach officers the basic elements and practices of effective peer-support in a law enforcement agency.   Taught by recognized and certified peer-counseling psychological professionals, the course will show you how to utilize fellow officers to assist law enforcement personnel in dealing with job-related stress, emotional trauma, and post-incident considerations that are unique to public safety and first-responder occupations.  The course will also guide you in setting up or improving an effective peer support program or initiative in your department.  We look forward to your participation in this valuable course.
